The list below is of common questions you may have regarding the training.

How do I access the training?

  1. Use your username and password to login
  2. Courses available will display under ‘my Courses’
  3. Click on the course title to begin

How do I save my progress?

The Learning Management System automatically saves your progress for you. You can log off or close the window at anytime during your training.

How do others access the training?

To be able to access training, you will need an account. To register an account, please contact us using the details above.

How do I change my password or contact details?

  1. First, make sure you have logged in.
  2. Select ‘Dashboard’ from the ‘Tools’ menu.
  3. Select ‘Account’ from the tool bar.
  4. Enter your details into the form.
  5. Select ‘Submit’ to save the changes.

How do I find out my password if I’ve forgotten it?

Just click the ‘I forgot my password’ link on the login page where you will be prompted to enter your username or email. Your password will be emailed to you.

I’m trying to load the module, however nothing appears

To be able to access the module, you will need to ensure that pop-ups are allowed for this site. Please check that your pop-up blocker is disabled.

How do I know I’ve completed the module?

There will be a green tick next to the module name on the main page.

System Requirements


Javascript enables the use of interactivity on the web. Our courses and portals will often use Javascript so without it you may be missing vital functionality.

Operating System

We support recent versions of Windows and OSX. While other operating systems may work fine, we cannot offer support for these.

Screen Size

Our courses are optimized for monitors that display 1024 pixels wide or more. If you have an old screen you may not be able to see all the content on screen at once.


It is important that you use the newest possible browser you can to take advantage of the latest web technologies and block security vulnerabilities. To be able to access the courses, you will need to ensure that pop-ups are allowed for this site.


Cookies allow your browser to remember who you are when you login. Without cookies you would not be able to login to your account.

Adobe Flash

Adobe Flash Player is used to deliver interactive content on the web. We use it to enhance your learning experience by adding animation, interactivity and audio to courses.


Our course material is delivered with audio to help enhance your learning experience. Sometimes these audio files can be blocked.

PDF Viewer

You will need a PDF viewer to view and print your certificate when completing a course. Some newer browsers will have a built-in PDF viewer, however you can download the free Adobe Acrobat viewer from the Adobe website if required.
