Troubleshooting - Clearing your browser’s cache (temporary internet files), deleting your Cookies and restarting your browser can help with some issues (modules getting stuck in the same spot or not recording a result).  Here are directions for completing those tasks in Internet Explorer 9 in Windows 7 (your system may vary slightly):

·       Clearing the cache (temporary internet files): Deleting temporary internet files in Internet Explorer 9 / Windows 7

If encountering problems within a module, use the green “HELP” tab located on the left side of all COLR pages.  Fill out the form completely and submit it.  A team member from the Systems office will respond as soon as possible.

Apple - Mac OS

Mobile Devices

iOS - iPhone 5+ and iPad 4+ using iOS 9+ are supported using Safari for iOS or Chrome

Android - The COLR should be accessible on most Android devices using the Chrome Browser.  Officially the Samsung Galaxy S6 + has been test and is supported.
